Account Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Accountant Cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Prepare invoices, quotations, e-way bills, and e-invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Maintain petty cash and daily expense records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting compliance work.
• Maintain office files, documents, and records.
• Handle emails, calls, courier work, and general office administration.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
• Prepare reports in MS Excel as required by management.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way bills, and e-invoicing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to handle accounting and administrative work independently
