Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and store footfall.
- Plan promotional campaigns, offers, launches, and seasonal activities.
- Manage social media content, branding, and online presence.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to achieve marketing and business targets.
- Manage marketing agencies, influencers, vendors, and other external partners.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization.
- Lead and manage the marketing team.
