E-commerce Executive

Job role:

Manage and operate the company’s online marketplaces and website, handle product listings, order processing, and coordination with logistics and customer support.

Job skills:

·        Product listing and catalog management

·        Knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)

·        Basic Excel / Google Sheets

·        Order processing and inventory management

·        Good communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

Gender:

Male / Female (Both can apply)

Experience:

1–3 years experience in E-commerce or marketplace handling.

Timing:

09:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary range:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience)

Location of work:

Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho etc.

·        Monitor and process daily orders

·        Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch

·        Maintain inventory and stock updates

·        Handle customer queries and returns

·        Prepare sales reports using Excel

Candidate should have prior experience handling online marketplaces and basic knowledge of Excel and product catalog management.
