Job Description
Job Designation: Head - Tour Management
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable tour packages.
- Create customized tour packages as per client requirements and budget.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors.
- Handle package quotations, bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, and travel options to clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination from booking to completion of the tour.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of tour packages and destinations.
- Excellent itinerary and package creation skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle clients and multiple bookings efficiently.
