Job Title: Purchase & Procurement Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality.
- Compare quotations and select cost-effective suppliers.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Track purchase costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure procurement follows company policies and quality standards.
