Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise daily production processes.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed according to company SOPs.
  • Maintain daily process reports, production records and documentation.
  • Track productivity, quality, process deviations and pending work.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
  • Identify process errors and report them to management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure process compliance, accuracy and timely completion of work.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Science background preferred (B.Sc. / M.Sc.).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Strong observation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to supervise processes and coordinate with teams.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined and responsible.
  • Freshers with strong technical understanding may apply; experienced candidates preferred.
