Purchase Manager

* Handle end-to-end purchase of *ELV & ICT products* as per project BOQ and requirements.

* Procure *CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Fiber, Racks, UPS and related materials*.

* Develop and maintain relationships with *OEMs, distributors and vendors*.

* Obtain quotations and prepare *Comparative Statements (CS)*.

* Negotiate *best price, payment terms, warranty and delivery*.

* Obtain *project-specific / special pricing and no-regret pricing* from OEMs and distributors.

* Coordinate with Project, Presales, Stores and Accounts teams for timely material availability.

* Prepare and release *Purchase Orders (PO)* and follow up for delivery.

* Maintain vendor database, purchase records and price history.

* Identify *alternative products/vendors and cost-saving opportunities*.

* Monitor pending orders, material shortages and delivery schedules.

* Prepare regular *Purchase & Procurement MIS reports*.

### Required Skills

* Good knowledge of *ELV products and BOQ*.

* Strong *vendor management and negotiation skills*.

* Good knowledge of *MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software*.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Ability to work under project deadlines.

### Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in *Commerce, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field*.
