Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining Vegetarian RestaurantJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of our fine-dining vegetarian restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, leading the team, maintaining service and quality standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the restaurant team.
• Allocate staff duties, manage shifts, and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, and hospitality.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, housekeeping, and management teams.
• Monitor restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and special guest requirements.
• Monitor billing, payments, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
• Monitor food and beverage wastage and control operational costs.
• Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Monitor daily sales, targets, and restaurant performance.
• Support upselling and promotional activities to improve revenue.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Identify operational issues and take quick corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports for management.
• Take ownership of new assignments and be ready to handle additional responsibilities as required.
• Candidate RequirementsRestaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Captain candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Previous experience in restaurants, fine dining, hotels, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong experience in team management and restaurant operations.
• Good customer-handling and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Dynamic, hardworking, and adaptable personality.
• Should be willing to accept new assignments and responsibilities.
• Must be comfortable with relocation anywhere in India.
• Candidates should be willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
