Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field sales, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Manage leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and update the CRM system accurately.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT, or software sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good lead management, follow-up, and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings as required.
