Senior Staff Nurse

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and experienced female Staff Nurse to join

our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional

patient care, managing day-to-day ward activities, and collaborating closely with our

medical professionals to ensure a safe, responsive, and supportive environment for all

patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with

established medical protocols.

•

Monitor, record, and promptly report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to

the attending physicians.

•

Administer medications, IV fluids, and routine treatments safely as prescribed.

•

Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and detailed medical records and patient charts.

•

Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to devise and

implement individualized patient care plans.

•

Ensure a hygienic, sanitized, and safe clinical environment in strict compliance with

healthcare standards.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

•

Experience: Must have proven, hands-on clinical nursing experience. (Please note:

Freshers are not eligible for this role).

•

Core Competencies: Strong clinical skills, patient empathy, excellent

communication, and the ability to handle medical situations calmly and

professionally.

WORKING HOURS & SHIFTS

Standard Duty Requirement: 12-Hour Shifts

Candidates must be comfortable working standard 12-hour shifts.

•

Alternative Option: 10-hour shift schedules can be accommodated if strictly

necessary and agreed upon during hiring.

•

Dedicated rest breaks are provided during all active shifts to ensure staff well-being

and consistent care quality.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

•

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, directly commensurate with clinical

experience and skills.

•

• Accommodation: Free on-site staff quarters are provided for the duration of

employment.

Leave Policy: 4 paid leaves per month.

Flexibility Note: Leaves can be utilized flexibly—either taken as individual days off

throughout the month or grouped together for 4 consecutive days of rest, depending

on personal preference and schedule coordination
