Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of jewellery manufacturing machinery.

• Key Responsibilities
• Installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and control-related issues.
• Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
• Handle machine demos and explain machine operation to customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service Coordinator for service requirements.
• Prepare service reports after customer visits.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Electrical & Electronics.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, relays, contactors, SMPS, VFD, control panels will be an advantage.
• Ability to read basic electrical wiring/control diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Practical, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
