Store Incharge

Department: Stores & Inventory

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the receipt and issue of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.

· Maintain daily stock entries and accurate inventory records.

· Verify quantity, quality, and supporting documents during material inward.

· Ensure proper storage of materials in the designated bins and locations.

· Follow FIFO/FEFO principles, wherever applicable.

· Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

· Conduct physical stock counting and stock reconciliation regularly.

· Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other relevant departments for smooth material movement.

· Update all inventory transactions accurately in ERP, Tally, and Excel.

· Maintain records of damaged, rejected, excess, and shortage materials.

· Prepare monthly inventory reports, stock statements, and other required reports.

· Maintain proper 5S, safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in the store area.

· Ensure proper identification, labeling, and traceability of all materials.

· Monitor material movement and ensure that all inward and outward transactions are properly documented.

· Support internal and external stock audits and provide required inventory records
