Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify prospective leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them toward closing sales or booking appointments/demonstrations.

Customer Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, resolve queries regarding product details, pricing, and orders professionally.

Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of calls, customer responses, follow-up status, and sales leads in the database or CRM.
