Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate inward and outward entry of goods, materials, or data into the system.
  • Maintain daily stock registers, dispatch details, and receipt records.
  • Update inventory software with real-time data.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and purchase departments for timely updates.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly recorded and filed.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or data mismatches immediately.
