Account Executive

We are looking for a Junior Accountant - (FEMALE ONLY) to handle day-to-day accounting work for our Import & Export business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain daily accounting entries

• Handle purchase and sales entries

• Maintain invoices, bills and payment records

• Handle bank entries and bank reconciliation

• Maintain vendor and customer outstanding

• Support GST and other accounting-related work

• Maintain proper records of import and export transactions

• Coordinate with the team for required documents

• Prepare basic reports whenever required

• Support senior accountant in daily accounting activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Basic understanding of GST and accounting

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience can apply

• Candidates from Import-Export background will be preferred
