Job Description

Accounts & Finance

•      Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping — sales/purchase entries, vendor and customer invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.

•      Process vendor payments, customer receivables follow-up, and petty cash management.

•      Collect cheques from customer and deposit them in bank account.

•      Handle bank reconciliation and coordinate with the bank for routine transactions.

•      Prepare and file statutory returns (GST, TDS) in coordination with the company's CA/auditor.

•      Maintain expense records and support monthly MIS/financial reporting to the Operations Head.

•      Coordinate with the Procurement/Store Manager for purchase invoice verification and vendor payment processing.
