Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry in Tally Prime for:
- Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Expenses
- Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis
- GSTR-2B Reconciliation with books
- Clearing Suspense Accounts by communicating with clients
- Coordinating with clients via call, WhatsApp, or visit
- Visiting client places for on-site accounting as needed (vehicle required)
- Maintain Excel working files and summaries
- Documentation, voucher organization, and file management
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (verbal & phone etiquette)
- Listening & questioning ability to understand client’s queries
- Working knowledge of:
- Tally Prime
- Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to manage work independently and take initiative
- Basic understanding of GST & accounting principles
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler (with license)
- Willingness to visit client places from office when required
- Reimbursement will be provided for official travel
