Job Description : Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle GST compliance, including GST calculation, reconciliation, and return-related activities.
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and compliance.
• Handle income tax and other applicable taxation-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain final accounts and financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and proper maintenance of financial records.
• Assist with audits, tax assessments, and other financial requirements.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and adherence to applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience in preparing Final Accounts and Balance Sheet.
• Good understanding of ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage accounting and taxation activities.
