About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries
• Maintain and reconcile cash and bank accounts
• Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices
• Manage GST-related accounting and documentation
• Handle TDS calculations and records
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Maintain customer and supplier accounts
• Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and expenses
• Assist with GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance
• Coordinate with CA/auditors when required
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely accounting entries
• Support management with financial information and reports
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
• Experience with Tally Prime / accounting software
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

Preferred ExperienceExperience in jewellery, manufacturing, trading, or retail businesses will be an advantage.

Salary₹30k-40k per month, depending on experience and skills.
