Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments in Tally and other accounting software.
- Maintain ledgers, cash/bank books, journal entries, and financial records.
- Perform bank, cash, ledger, receivable, and payable reconciliations.
- Handle purchase, sales, expense, GST, TDS, and other accounting transactions as applicable.
- Prepare MIS, financial statements, and periodic accounting reports for Management.
- Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance of accounting transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, vendors, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure proper rectification and reconciliation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and Company information.
- Perform other accounting, finance, and reporting responsibilities assigned by Management.
Salary For Experienced - 2 LPA - 3 LPA (Depending on Interview Performance)
Office Time - 09 AM to 06 PM
