Job Description

  • Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Prepare sales/purchase invoices and manage AP & AR.
  • Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain receipts, payments, expenses, and financial records.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly/yearly closing.
  • Track outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors/clients.
  • Ensure accurate accounting software entries and documentation.
  • Assist with audits and ensure statutory compliance.
