Accountant/ Accounts Executive

🔹 Job Summary:The Account Assistant will support daily accounting operations,

including bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, reconciliation, and assisting with financial reports.

The role works closely with the Senior Accountant or Accounts Manager to ensure smooth financial functioning of the company.

• 🔸 Key Responsibilities:Perform daily voucher entries, expense recording, and general bookkeeping
• Prepare and enter sales and purchase invoices in the accounting system
• Assist in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• basic tax compliance
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
• Assist in monthly financial statements and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and financial records
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Accountant as needed

🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Commerce or related field
• knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, Excel, and MS Office
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Good communication and time management skills

🔸 Preferred Qualifications (Optional):1–2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance

• Experience with ERP software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Busy, SAP, etc.)

🔸 Salary Range:As per company norms ₹25,000to ₹35,000 per month
