Position: Accounts & Finance Executive

Experience: 1–5+ Years

Location: Nana Varachha, Surat, Gujarat

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, bills and related documents using Tally.
• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts and payments accurately.
• Maintain cash, bank and ledger records.
• Handle cash, cheque and digital payment entries.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate for timely collection.
• Check and resolve billing, payment and accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, audit and other accounting compliance activities.
• Prepare basic accounting reports and support the senior accounts team.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, customers and internal departments when required.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in Commerce / B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, reconciliation and audit work will be preferred.
• Good communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
• CA / CA Inter candidates may also apply for suitable senior-level responsibilities.
