Job description:

  • Maintain and organize company data and records
  • Handle inquiry follow-ups and respond promptly
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks
  • Process applications for new NOC and NOC renewals
  • Refilling and AMC followups
  • Follow up on pending payments with clients
  • Perform small office tasks as required
  • Keep all internal sheets, trackers, and files updated
  • Manage client communication professionally through WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Open for multitask.
