Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality specialty coffee and beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
  • Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee equipment.
  • Perform milk steaming, frothing, and basic latte art.
  • Maintain consistency in coffee taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Follow hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Understand coffee beans, brewing methods, and basic coffee profiles.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station.
