💼 We Are Looking ForA Smart, Brilliant & Responsible Billing Executive who has strong problem-solving skills and can independently handle billing-related issues.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify sales invoices & billing documents.
• Check rate, quantity, discount, GST & total amount accurately.
• Identify and resolve billing mistakes and discrepancies.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices and billing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Dispatch teams.
• Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely billing.
• ⭐ Candidate RequirementsSmart, active and quick decision-maker.
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of GST, invoicing & basic accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Should be able to find the problem and solve it independently.
• Textile/trading industry experience will be an advantage.
