Job Description

• Customer Acquisition: Pitch and sell banking and financial products (such as credit cards, loans, CASA accounts, or insurance) to walk-in and database-assigned leads.

• Lead Conversion: Follow up on inquiries, evaluate client eligibility, explain interest rates and terms, and close sales.

• Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with existing bank customers to cross-sell additional services and deepen accounts.

• Reporting: Track daily sales pipelines, maintain CRM data, and submit performance reports to the branch manager.
