Branch Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Branch Manager to manage and grow our Surat branch. The candidate will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, managing the sales team, driving student admissions, handling leads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the Sales & Admission Counselling team at the Surat branch.

Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement of branch revenue goals.

Monitor daily leads, follow-ups, counselling activities, conversions, and collections.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.

Guide, train, and motivate team members to improve their sales performance.

Track individual and team performance through regular reviews and reports.

Handle important/high-value leads and support the team in closing difficult cases.

Ensure proper and timely follow-up with prospective students and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

Monitor branch-wise admission, revenue, and collection targets.

Identify new opportunities for business growth and local market expansion.

Coordinate with the HR, Operations, and Management teams for smooth branch functioning.

Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, lead records, and performance dashboards.

Ensure excellent student experience throughout the counselling and admission process.

Take corrective actions wherever sales performance or team productivity is below expectations.

Ensure discipline, attendance, and professional standards within the branch.

Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
