🚗 Business Development Executive (BDE)


Location: Surat

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives


Job Role:

We are looking for a BDE to handle PAN India leads for our professional car detailing training programs. This is an inside sales role involving calls, lead follow-ups, explaining the course, handling objections, and converting leads into confirmed enrollments.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound & outbound leads
  • Understand customer requirements
  • Explain course details, fees & benefits
  • Regular follow-up with interested leads
  • Handle customer objections
  • Convert leads into enrollments
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
