Job Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly analytical Chartered Accountant who has strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial structuring, CMA reports, and business finance.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle and understand banking regulations, policies, and documentation
● Prepare CMA Data / CMA Reports quickly and accurately
● Manage working capital, CC/OD limits, term loans, and other banking facilities
● Prepare financial projections, cash-flow statements, balance sheets, and profitability analysis
● Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants
● Handle bank-related documentation, queries, renewals, and compliance
● Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities or risks
● Support management in financial planning and decision-making
● Understand business requirements and structure suitable banking/finance solutions
● Ensure timely completion of financial and banking-related work
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
● CA – Chartered Accountant
● Strong knowledge of Indian banking rules and regulations
● Excellent understanding of CMA Data / CMA Reports
● Able to prepare CMA reports quickly without compromising accuracy
● Strong in Excel and financial analysis
● Good understanding of working capital and bank finance
● Smart, practical, and solution-oriented
● Has an intelligent and analytical mindset
● Able to work independently and take responsibility
● Good communication and negotiation skills
● Can handle pressure and urgent banking requirements
Preferred Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in:
● Banking & Finance
● CMA preparation
● Bank loans / working capital
● Financial projections
● Corporate finance
● CA / Finance consultancy
Freshly qualified CAs with exceptionally strong banking and CMA knowledge may also be considered.
