Job Description
Responsible for overall civil construction activities including site supervision, project execution, estimation, quantity surveying, billing, material management, manpower coordination, and quality control. Experienced in reading drawings, taking site measurements, preparing BOQ and quantity calculations, monitoring work progress, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site teams. Ensuring construction work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Also responsible for maintaining site records, preparing daily progress reports, and resolving site-related technical issues.
