Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in Building Construction Estimation, Quantity Take-off and Billing.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed estimates, BOQ and quantity take-offs for building projects.
  • Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills and Contractor Bills.
  • Calculate quantities from Civil & Structural drawings.
  • Prepare rate analysis for various civil works.
  • Check site measurements and maintain measurement records.
  • Verify quantities for RCC, PCC, Brickwork, Plaster, Flooring, Waterproofing, Painting, etc.
  • Prepare material reconciliation and quantity statements.
  • Prepare extra item / variation statements.
  • Check subcontractor bills and measurements.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Consultants.
  • Maintain proper records of estimates, measurements and billing documents.

Required Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of Civil Estimation & Billing
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • AutoCAD knowledge
  • Knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis & Quantity Surveying
  • Ability to read Civil/Structural drawings
  • Practical knowledge of building construction
