Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Relationship Executive to manage client relationships for our repair, maintenance and project management services.
Training will be provided for the same.
The role involves being the key point of contact between clients and our internal operations, ensuring that repair and maintenance requests are handled efficiently, clients receive regular updates, and projects/jobs are completed within agreed timelines and service standards.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, confident communicating with clients, excellent at follow-ups, and comfortable coordinating between clients, contractors, engineers, site teams and project managers.
Also, Repairs & Maintenance Coordination
Receive and record repair and maintenance requests from clients.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, technicians and site teams to schedule jobs.
Follow up on job allocation, attendance, completion and outstanding works.
Keep clients updated regarding appointment times, delays, quotations, approvals and completion.
Ensure jobs are closed only after receiving the required confirmation from the client/site team.
Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the Project Manager or Operations Manager
