Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient Computer Operator & MIS Coordinator who will be responsible for managing daily data entry, maintaining accurate company databases, and generating comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) reports. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, exceptional speed and accuracy in data handling, and mastery over MS Excel.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurate logging, updating, and maintaining of daily operational data into the company's software/systems.
- MIS Reporting: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Sales, Operations, Inventory, or Finance) as per management requirements.
- Data Coordination: Coordinating with different departments to collect source data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Analysis & Presentation: Using advanced Excel tools to analyze trends and present data in clean, scannable formats (Dashboards/Charts).
- Backup & Security: Ensuring regular data backups and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Key Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel: Mastery over VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, Data Validation, and Concatenate formulas.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35-40 WPM with 95%+ accuracy.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to spot errors in massive datasets quickly.
- Software Familiarity: Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, or Google Sheets is a big plus.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication to coordinate across teams.
