Job Description
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
* Ability to analyse data and explain what it shows.
* Eagerness to learn new things and take initiative.
* Timely task completion.
* Clear, polite phone communication.
* Enter and update customer data in the CRM, Excel and Google Sheets daily.
* Make fresh calls and follow-up calls to customers.
* Prepare weekly reports from the given data.
* Work with the CRM and tele teams to finish tasks on time.
* Flag data errors or delays to your team lead.
