Coordinate with Billing, Dispatch, Sales, and other departments.

Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.

Take regular feedback from franchisees and share updates with the team.

Maintain proper records of franchisee communication and issues.

Provide professional and positive support to franchise partners.
