Job Description:We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-spoken Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for helping customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls, messages, or emails in a professional and polite manner
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and promptly
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Keep records of customer interactions and update internal databases
• Follow communication guidelines and company procedures
• Requirements:Female candidate aged between 18 to 30 years
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
