Data Entry Executive

Job Title: Data Entry & Client Coordination ExecutiveRole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and professional Data Entry and Call Handling Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records of our daily production and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate can multitask between entering technical data and providing excellent customer service over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesData Management: Accurately enter daily production logs, job IDs, and technician codes into our database (Excel/Google Sheets/Management Software).
• Invoicing & Payments: Assist in generating monthly invoices and sharing payment links/reminders with clients via WhatsApp and email.
• Call Handling: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls; answer client inquiries regarding job status, delivery timelines, and general services.
• Workflow Coordination: Communicate client feedback or urgent requests to the production and design teams.
• Documentation: Maintain organized digital filing systems for client records and inventory logs.
