Data Entry Operator

About the Role 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to support our day-to-day data 

management and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, 

MS Word, and computer operations, along with good accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities 

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and records. 

• Maintain and organize documents, invoices, reports, and other business records. 

• Perform basic data entry and accounting-related activities using Tally. 

• Maintain and update records using MS Excel. 

• Prepare and format documents using MS Word. 

• Verify data for accuracy and identify and correct discrepancies. 

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records. 

• Prepare reports and data summaries as required. 

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and verification. 

Requirements 

• B.Com / BBA qualification. 

• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply. 

• Basic knowledge of Tally. 

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. 

• Good computer knowledge and typing skills. 

Preferred Skills 

• Basic understanding of accounting and data management. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities. 

Important Note 

A 1-year employment bond is compulsory for this position. Candidates applying for this role must be willing 

to commit to a minimum employment period of one year.
