K Patel Group, an established industrial distribution company operating across Western India, is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant for our Surat Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries
• Bank reconciliation and cash/bank management
• Customer and supplier ledger reconciliation
• Outstanding receivables follow-up and reporting
• GST-related accounting and documentation
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance
• Maintain branch expenses, petty cash and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Head Office Accounts team for reports and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly accounting and outstanding reports
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all branch accounting work

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Excel advantage
• Strong understanding of ledger reconciliation and accounts receivable
• Accurate, disciplined and comfortable handling responsibilities independently

Preferred Candidate

Experience in a trading, distribution, industrial products or similar business will be preferred.
