Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Fresher Solar Design Engineer to join our pre-design team in Surat. This role is focused on rooftop layout and pre-design work using SketchUp, making it an ideal starting point for a fresh graduate interested in solar PV design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create rooftop/site layouts and panel placement designs in SketchUp
  • Prepare preliminary panel layout drawings based on site measurements/images
  • Estimate panel count and rough system capacity for pre-sales/quotation purposes
  • Coordinate with the sales/survey team to get accurate roof dimensions and obstructions
  • Ensure layouts account for shading, setbacks, and walkway/maintenance space
  • Maintain design templates and standard layout formats
  • Revise layouts based on feedback from senior designers or clients
