Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: (NO FRESHER PLS)

• Design battery pack casings, racks, and related components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and laser-cutting drawings.

• Ensure designs are strong, practical, and suitable for manufacturing and assembly.

• Inspect manufactured parts and verify dimensions using measuring tools.

• Coordinate with vendors, production, and electrical teams for fabrication, assembly, cable routing, and fitment.

• Validate designs using SolidWorks Simulation.

• Support prototype development and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

• Assist with drilling, basic machining, and battery installation when required.

• Maintain engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Create product renderings for catalogues and social media and coordinate with marketing agencies.

• Communicate with clients on technical requirements and installation-related matters. Skills & Expertise

• Software Requirements: SolidWorks • AutoCAD • Blender • 3D modelling and 2D drafting

• Sheet-metal and fabrication knowledge • SolidWorks Simulation

• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes • Vendor coordination and troubleshooting

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Hands-on and practical approach to work

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Preferred Experience: 2-3 years Experience in mechanical design, fabrication, battery systems, electrical enclosures, or industrial products will be preferred.
