About the Role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Operations & Dispatch Executive to manage our day-to-day order and operational activities.

The person will be responsible for order data entry, material purchasing, market pickups, packing, dispatch, shipment tracking and maintaining operational records.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working on a computer, coordinating with different team members and ensuring daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Data Management

• Enter and maintain daily order data accurately
• Update order status and maintain proper records
• Coordinate with relevant team members regarding order requirements
• Maintain tracking and dispatch-related entries

Material Purchase & Market Coordination

• Purchase regular/day-to-day materials as required
• Visit the market for material purchases and pickups
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Check material quantity and basic quality before accepting it
• Maintain purchase details and records

Packing & Dispatch

• Coordinate daily order packing
• Check orders before dispatch
• Ensure correct product, quantity and customer details
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups
• Dispatch orders within the required timeline

Tracking & Follow-up

• Update shipment tracking details
• Monitor pending/in-transit/delivered shipments
• Follow up on delayed or pending shipments
• Coordinate internally if any issue occurs with an order or shipment

Team Coordination

• Communicate easily with the operations, production, design and management teams
• Follow up with team members to ensure orders are completed on time
• Clearly communicate delays, shortages or operational issues
• Take ownership of assigned daily tasks
• RequirementsGood computer knowledge is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good data-entry and record-maintenance skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and other basic business tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple daily tasks
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
• Willingness to travel locally for market purchases/pickups
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
