Job Summary:The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining dispatch records, and coordinating with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Arrange transportation and communicate with transporters for vehicle scheduling.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory movement.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment updates.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and handle customer complaints regarding deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (preferred).
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):On-time dispatch and delivery performance.
• Accuracy of dispatch documentation.
• Reduction in dispatch errors and delays.
• Customer satisfaction regarding deliveries.
• Compliance with safety and logistics procedures.
