Driver

COWBERRY is looking for a reliable, professional, and punctual Driver to ensure safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for official and personal commuting requirements. The candidate will be responsible for daily pick-up and drop-off between the CEO’s residence and office, transportation to meetings and business appointments, and maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate professional conduct, discretion, good driving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Transportation: Pick up the CEO from their residence and drop them off at the office, and ensure a safe and timely return from the office to their residence.
• Official Travel: Drive the CEO to business meetings, client visits, corporate events, and other official destinations as required.
• Punctuality: Plan routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions, and ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in roadworthy condition, including regular servicing, fuel checks, tyre pressure, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues.
• Vehicle Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle, ensuring a neat and comfortable environment at all times.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations, maintain valid driving documents, and drive responsibly.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s conversations, meetings, travel schedules, and other personal or business information.
• Schedule Coordination: Stay available as per the CEO’s schedule and coordinate regarding pick-up times, waiting periods, and changes in travel plans.
• Documentation: Ensure the timely renewal and availability of vehicle-related documents, including insurance, PUC, registration, and driving licence.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a courteous, well-groomed, disciplined, and professional attitude at all times.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other travel-related or administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a personal driver, executive driver, or corporate driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of Surat’s roads, traffic conditions, and nearby routes.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanour.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently.
• Flexibility to work according to the CEO’s schedule, including occasional extended hours or outstation travel, if required.
