Job Description

1. *Platform Management:* Independently manage Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify seller accounts.

2. *Product Listings:* Create, update and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, keywords and pricing.

3. *Order Management:* Process daily orders, coordinate packing and dispatch, and ensure timely delivery.

4. *Inventory Management:* Monitor stock availability, update inventory and prevent overselling.

5. *Advertising:* Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and Shopify-related digital ad campaigns to improve sales and ROAS.

6. *Sales & Promotions:* Plan and execute discounts, offers, marketplace sales events and promotional campaigns.

7. *Returns & Claims:* Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, reimbursements and marketplace claims.

8. *Account Health:* Monitor seller ratings, performance metrics, policy compliance and listing issues.

9. *Platform Coordination:* Raise support tickets and coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues.

10. *Reporting & Growth:* Track daily sales, advertising expenses, profitability, conversion rates and overall marketplace performance.

11. *Reconciliation:* Coordinate with accounts for marketplace settlements, commissions, deductions and payment discrepancies.
