E-Commerce Executive

Job Opening: E-Commerce Executive – Flipkart & MyntraWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our product listings, pricing, inventory, and performance analysis across Flipkart and Myntra.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain product listings on Flipkart and Myntra Seller Panels.
• Create, upload, edit, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, images, and other product information.
• Monitor product pricing, discounts, offers, and competitor pricing to maintain competitive positioning.
• Perform regular stock and inventory analysis and ensure accurate stock availability across platforms.
• Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, low-stock, and out-of-stock products and provide actionable reports.
• Monitor product-wise sales, pricing, inventory, returns, cancellations, and overall marketplace performance.
• Coordinate inventory updates to minimize stock-outs and overselling.
• Analyze marketplace reports and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Excel.
• Monitor listing issues, suppressed/inactive products, pricing errors, and inventory discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, pricing updates, inventory planning, and promotions.
• Support sales growth by identifying opportunities through pricing, stock, and product performance analysis.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and Myntra Partner/Seller Portal.

• Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
• Good understanding of e-commerce pricing and inventory/stock management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, and basic data analysis.
• Ability to handle large product catalogs/SKUs with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of marketplace sales, returns, cancellations, discounts, and inventory reports.

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 1–3+ years in e-commerce marketplace operations

Platforms: Flipkart & Myntra experience preferred

Industry: Fashion / Apparel / Retail / Consumer Products preferred

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
