Job Description
* Manage and maintain the company’s Etsy platform
* Create, upload, and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, and images.
* Manage customer orders, shipping, and order status.
* Respond professionally to customer queries and messages.
* Monitor Etsy store performance, sales, traffic, and customer reviews.
* Conduct basic competitor and market research.
* Use relevant keywords and Etsy SEO techniques to improve product visibility.
* Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch team for timely order fulfillment.
* Handle customer issues, returns, and cancellations.
* Maintain records of products, inventory, orders, and sales.
* Work towards increasing store visibility, sales, and overall performance.
