Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for jewellery products.
• Handle product listing, cataloguing, product descriptions, images & attributes.
• Manage orders, inventory updates and order processing across marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketplace panels and ensure products are updated accurately.
• Monitor product performance, sales reports and inventory status.
• Handle basic marketplace operations and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, stock and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate e-commerce records and reports.
• Ensure proper product presentation and timely updates across online platforms.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
• Jewellery/Fashion/Accessories e-commerce experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of marketplace operations and product listing.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and e-commerce reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products and daily e-commerce activities.
