E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Female E-Commerce Executive to manage and operate our online marketplace portals. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day portal activities, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and coordinating with marketplace support teams.

"Key Responsibilities"

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and other marketplaces.
• Create, update and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images and product attributes.
• Process and monitor customer orders, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
• Check portal dashboards regularly and resolve pending or stuck orders.
• Maintain inventory and ensure correct stock availability on marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketplace customer support for order, listing, payment and account-related issues.
• Raise and follow up on support tickets whenever required.
• Monitor product performance, orders and basic sales reports.
• Download and maintain marketplace reports and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, inventory, returns and other operational requirements.
